Owners coaching and mentoring has been developed organically based on our connection with the industry. Many stylists have ended up in positions of ownership by default ~ meaning it was not the goal to be where you are currently, but based on salon environments and opportunities you are now here. Our team is diverse and skilled in a variety of areas which allows us to custom create a plan for you based on where you are and what your vision is. We can change the roadmap of your future and identify where you want to be currently and in the future.

The discovery of options can allow you to ignite a new outlook of your future and provide you with clarity. Sessions when possible are in person but limited to in person settings. Virtual or a combination of in person and virtual is a time efficient way to get focused and achieve results.
